Sunday Afternoon

One Sunday afternoon, we took the girls to a "new" park. They had a blast.

Abby enjoyed her first trip down a slide!

The park was part of a lake, so the girls took a quick dip.

I love seeing happiness in my girls faces!

St Patrick's Day

Emily must have learned all about St Patrick's Day at school this year. She was way into it.

I guess the leprechaun visited her classroom while they were out and made a big mess of things.
I wasn't aware they did this and she kept talking about the mess the leprechaun was going to make while they were sleeping. I was NOT about to mess up my house that I try to keep clean. I decided to just open all the kitchen cabinets and drawers. That looked messy enough to me!

I also did a scavenger hunt for them to find their pot of gold candy and rainbow paint.

Emily also made sure we all wore green that day.

I am so "lucky" to have these crazy leprechauns in my life....

Brown Bear

Emily got to bring home Brown Bear again. He is the mascot of her perschool class. He comes home with a journal to fill with pictures of their time together.

She wanted to show Brown Bear her room

She took him to soccer practice. Sarah and Abby hung out with him during practice.

Then we took him to dinner with us to Pizza Hut.

She enjoyed cuddling with him and all her other friends.

Even Nana got to meet Brown Bear.

And Brown Bear got to tag along to Emily's doctor's visit.

Soccer

Emily has started playing Soccer this spring and it has been.... interesting. Most importantly she is having fun, but I am pretty sure we do not have a soccer star on our hands. She reminds me of her momma playing soccer. :) She really has no desire to be anywhere near the ball, but she will run up and down the field with everyone. It is kind of funny to watch.

First we had the Draft where the spilt the kids into the teams according to skill level.

Check out that form! :)

Her team is the Tigers and their color is Gray... not Emily's favorite color!

She is very good at throwing the ball in!

And she has the best cheering section!
About half way through the game, we noticed that Abby was clapping just because everyone else was!
