"I need to dance!" is often heard in our house. Whenever Emily hears a song on TV, she stops what she is doing and runs into the room and says, "I need to dance!" Or when I tell her it is time to clean up or eat lunch, she says, No, I need to dance!"
So we were very excited when Lindsay told us about a dance session at her library. Emily was even more excited that she got to wear a leotard and tutu that Kaitlyn lent us. The class was an hour long and Emily was so into it and stay focused the whole time. Can't you tell she was having fun??!
And the little girls had a fun just watching!
Since Emily loved the class I signed her up for a weekly tap/ballet combo class at a dance studio. We have gone twice so far. She loves coming home to show her daddy "first position" and "shuffle, shuffle, step."
