Around the house

Here are a few random pictures of us just hanging out at home...

Sarah is such a bigger helper unloading the dishwasher...

Wait... don't put it in your mouth!

Oh No! It was in your mouth, don't put it in the drawer!

Who can be mad at you, Sarah?!

Hanging out in the tent

Smoothie Night!

So happy when Daddy comes home!

Walking... Walking... Walking

Sarah is walking all the time!!! Back in December she took her first steps, but it has taken a month before she started walking all the time. The best part is seeing the big smile on her face as she walks. She is so proud of herself.
We are so proud of you too Sarah!

Marbles Museum

A few weeks ago we met Gretch and Keck at Marbles Kids musuem. Here are a few pics of the girls...
Playing dress up and twirling on stage.
I like the last pic of Emily because you can see Sarah making her way on stage.

Sarah wanted to be just like big sister!

Sarah is no longer content just sitting in the stroller. She wants in on the ACTION!

Emily is a Sunbeam!

I thought I had already posted this... guess not!
Emily is a Sunbeam now! This is the class at church for 3 years old ... and is a really big deal (if you are a 3 year old.) She loves it and I love hearing all about her lesson and hearing her sing all the songs.

Happy New Year!

We drove up to Ashley's for New Year's Eve and we partied all night long... well, up until 12:01. And we really didn't party... even though I look like I was partying all night. At least we made it to midnight, however Andy was out by 10:00.

The Benners joined us on New Year's Day and all the kids put on a number of Christmas performances. Quite entertaining, especially the nativity which ended with multiple kids crying or rolling around on the ground.

I don't think I did this collage right because it cut off everyone's head, but I thought it was cute. However Afton is not in it since she is 10 now and obviously way too cool for performing Christmas songs.

I love this picture of the little girls all trying to wear masks.

I got to snuggle some with Charly. Doesn't she have such beautiful blue eyes??!

Family Photos

My family got together on New Year's Day and we were actually able to wrangle everyone together for a few photos.

Fun with Layni

We had lots of fun while Layni was here with us over Christmas. We spent a lot of time just hanging out at the house because the idea of taking 3 kids out amid the Christmas shopping madness didn't sound fun.
Here are a few things we did:
Played dress up

Danced around like crazies

Speaking of crazy... what is going on here??!

This is how I found them... what is Emily wearing and why is there a chair in the bathtub... and why are they even in the bathtub??!

Sarah hads lots of fun with Layni and loved all the attention Layni gave her and I appreciate all the help. She even changed a diaper for me.

We even played outside (in the freezing cold)
Rode Bikes

Went for a walk

These two acted like true sisters... fighting one minute and then back to playing together. Emily had to adjust to being middle child and having to share all her toys. It is rough being a little girl!
