Harvest Festival

Recently our town had a HARVEST FESTIVAL. However with the 90 degree weather that day, it sure wasn't feeling like harvest time. Regardless we had a fun time. Emily definitely has the "Morris gene" that loves the fair. All year long she talks about going to the fair. She was estatic to find out there was rides like the fair there. Sarah didn't not feel the same about the rides. She didn't even make it around the merry go round once before jumping into Andy's arms.

Here are some pictures of Emily on EVERY ride there.

Emily did have a meltdown when it was time to leave. We spent WAY too much money and realized that we were out of cash AFTER we told her she could have some cotton candy. She did calm down once we promised to get her some at the State Fair. And since Andy is a Morris, he will be taking the day off work to go to the fair!!

90 degree weather is very comical for a 'Harvest Festival', isn't it. :) Cute pictures of your adorable girls. I laughed when I read that Andy will be taking a day off for the state fair--Emily is following in her daddy's footsteps. :)

I laughed at this post. I don't know what it is about the fair to some people...Andy? What is it? People can be even more CRAZY in your area when it comes to the State Fair. In school, some kids would miss several days just to go to the fair with family. Missing a day of work is fine...you know, a fun day with the kids. Just make sure your don't miss several days of work!! ;)
