Saturday night we went to a graduation party for one of my college roomies, Sarah. She received her PhD from UNC on Saturday and then had a fun fiesta celebrating her 8 years of hard work in grad school. Way to go, Sarah! It was great seeing you and Patrick and your family. You have come a long way from freshmen year where you once were found wondering around campus carrying a pillow and holding up your sweat pants that lost the drawstring and crying about Star Trek getting cancelled. Miss you Sarah... hope to see you again soon!

Congratulation to Sarah! She and Patrick have taken such an interesting path. I love how you and your college buds are so supportive of each other after all these years. The picture of Emily at your feet is one of my all time favorites.I guess at that point she hadn't realized her necklace was candy!
